Pet Squad Refund and Return Policy
At Pet Squad, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:
1. Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
Non-returnable Items:
- Perishable goods such as pet food or treats that have been opened.
Return Process:
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at support@petsquad.co.nz or call our toll-free number 0800 212 222 to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
2. Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
